In addition to the stated product prices, any shipping costs and a surcharge for small quantities must be borne by the customer. Please therefore note possible updates. For bulky items, which are indicated accordingly in detail, we also charge a bulky goods surcharge indicated on the product.

Subject to self-supply, deinewohnwelt.shop will ensure a quick delivery. If part of the order cannot be delivered immediately because deinewohnwelt.shop itself was not supplied on time through no fault of its own, despite having placed identical orders with reliable suppliers, the remaining goods will be delivered without recalculating the flat rate shipping fee, as long as this is reasonable for the customer.

We will bear the cost of returning the goods.

You only have to pay for any loss of value of the goods if this loss of value is due to handling which is not necessary to check the quality, properties and functioning of the goods.

For goods that cannot be returned by post due to their nature and that are marked as “bulky goods” on the invoice, the following applies: We will collect the goods.

The following applies to all other goods: We may refuse repayment until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier. You must return the goods to us promptly and in any event no later than fourteen days from the date on which you notify us that you have cancelled this contract. This deadline is met if you send the goods before the expiry of the 14-day period.
